Today marks the release of the latest version of href="https://preon.vedaly.io/" Vedaly Preon. Our first release includes the largest public dataset in oncology, href="https://www.cancer.gov/about-nci/organization/ccg/research/structural-genomics/tcga" The Cancer Genome Atlas.
TCGA data consists of over 10,000 patients in 33 cancer types. The publicly available dataset contains more than 2.5 petabytes of genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data. The latest version of Vedaly Preon allows for the analysis of gene expression, immune infiltration, and correlation of genes and immune cells.
This latest update adds the capability of running 7 diferent computational methods (including quantiseq, xcell, and timer) over a variety of cell types.
